We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Chelsey Wildfire's rights and obligations to each other.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Chelsey Wildfire of Wildfire Healing is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third party content, links, comments or advertisements. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This agreement is created with the intention, whereas the Coach agrees to provide Services for Coaching to Client and parties intend to create a collaborative relationship.
Both parties understand that such relationship is not legally binding.
COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
For the purposes of Chelsey Wildfire’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
** Because this is service based, Chelsey Wildfire agrees to deliver her coaching services fully and you agree to take responsibility for the results. You agree to do the work she offers you, partake in the meetings and take accountability to perform the tasks. It is solely up to you to put in the time and effort to get the best results out of this program. Once the program has begun there is no refund, you are responsible for completion and communication. **
Chelsey Wildfire is free of responsibility for your results or choices.
You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Chelsey Wildfire handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the American Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 3 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt if the program has not begun. There may be fees taken from the original price for the inconvenience.
Once your program has begun and services are offered, there will be no refunds, however cancellation for payment plans can be done and you will no longer receive coaching calls or the ability to have the online program.
A 2 week notice must be given for this option.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment minus the processing fee. All refunds are made at the discretion of Chelsey Wildfire. If she delivers her services, such as but not limited to, coaching sessions, online galleries and homework, the services have already been used.
Therefore no refunds are given. Communication right away and up front is necessary obligation for both parties.
Payment Plans: payment must be received by the 15th of each month unless agreed upon ahead of time of a different date. Late payments beyond 3 days result in a $50 fee. Please communicate any foreseeable issues with this or if you know you will be late. Communication is key here. Failure to respond or communicate why payment has not been given will result in a forfeit of sessions or closure of the online program. By all means necessary this is last resort so please stay on top of your responsibility to pay in time.

Chelsey Wildfire may from time to time provide on its website, links to other websites, advertisements and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval or arrangement between Chelsey Wildfire and the owners of those websites. Chelsey Wildfire takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites.
We are making a ‘recommendation’ only and are not providing any advice nor do we take any responsibility for any advice received in this regard.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure servers. Chelsey Wildfires secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorized use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers or shared.
COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND RESTRICTIONS OF USE
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, information or materials on the website for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. In particular you are not permitted to republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise or distribute any of the materials, documents or products that may be available for download from time to time on this website.

By engaging our services, you agree that Wildfire Healing is reliant on the information supplied by the client in order to provide the services and cannot be held responsible for any results of our services provided based on such client information. You are liable and fully responsible for any decisions you make based on our services or recommendations and any consequences which may result.
Any and all information on our website is educational and for information purposes only, intended to assist you. It is not to be construed as business advice and should not substitute professional advice based on your own business or personal circumstances.
Client's progress for developing his/her physical, mental, and emotional well-being, the acts and decisions shall be his/her own responsibility. The Coach shall only support, assist, and help the Client with the realizations, tools and tips for those choices. The Coach shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions which may have direct or indirect results of the services provided by the Coach. The Client understands the Coach is not a therapist and shall not substitute for any cure for the mental or medical disorder.
Client acknowledges that this Agreement does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of emotional disorders, neither this Agreement may be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, legal advice, or other professional advice by other qualified professionals.
In order for the coaching relationship to be fruitful, the Client must communicate honestly and must be open to feedback and constructive criticism.
Procedure of SERVICES
Client shall set an appointment with the Coach through the link provided and schedule 24 hours or more ahead of time. Ideally same time, every other week. Client shall be on time for all scheduled meetings and not cancel within 24 hours. Communication ahead of time and rescheduling must be done within 2 hours of meeting. Client takes all responsibility of attending all coaching sessions and if they miss their session, they understand there will not be another one scheduled that week. Failure to attend or communicate will cancel out that session.
